    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Judiciary and Parliament submit their budget estimates directly without having to go through the National Treasury. The Judiciary had submitted Kshs18.88 billion in the Estimates. That is what has been submitted from the National Treasury. Its allocation for the Financial Year 2019 /2020 that is in the Report is Kshs19.422 billion which was an increment to the Judiciary to support the ongoing war against corruption."
