    "content": "I beg as the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Health that as we look at TB treatment, emergency vaccines that are supposed to be funded that the donors no longer fund should be part of the UHC. The money should not be reallocated to other areas. We want to support UHC and see it become a reality. So, I beg that the Kshs4.6 billion is reallocated as we agreed as a Committee then cross the bridge when we get the full report of the pilot programme and when we have a report on how we are going to implement UHC."
