    "content": "The other point I want to talk about just briefly is on the public debt. We all know now as Kenyans that every Kshs100 collected, you find Kshs66 is being used to pay public debt. What that says is that we have only about Kshs36 remaining for other important national activities. I am sure this position cannot hold for long if as a country we want to develop. I really urge that even as we move forward, we know the international indicators are showing that we are still safe but we need to start being careful about how we are managing our debt."
