    "content": "I got very concerned when I heard the contribution of the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Health on the Level 5 hospitals. We started listing them as Level 5 hospitals in 2014. We have done this for about five years. Just to come and say at this point that we do not have clear framework on how to monitor use of these resources is a bit worrying. We need to take this seriously as a House with the money which is released to Level 5 hospitals. The question I ask myself is we have been releasing this money every year.
