    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 6 of the Bill be amended- (a) in subclause (1) by inserting the words “Articles 43(1) and 53(1)(c) of” immediately after the words “set out under”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “in such infrastructure” appearing immediately after the words “promote investment in” in paragraph (h); (c) in subclause (3) by inserting the words National government and immediately after the words “minimum standards that”."
