"content": "(1) The County Governments Act is amended – (a) in section 107(1) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d) – (e) county strategic plans for the realization of economic and social rights under Part IV of the Preservation of Human Dignity and Enforcement of Economic and Social Rights Act. (2) In the performance of its functions under this Act the Commission shall be guided by the national values and principles set out under the Constitution."
