    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion that the Ministry of Energy be given the funds that they have requested. But before doing that, I would like to make a few remarks and agree with people who have spoken before me about the competitiveness of manufacturing goods in this country. One of the major inputs of manufacturing is energy. If we continue making energy expensive, this country will not be competitive. So, we must think of how to reduce the cost of energy to enable our manufacturers to produce goods more cheaply and, therefore, competitively."
