    "content": "I agree with the proposal that we diversify our sources of energy. We have seen the problems we have had with hydro power because we have been over dependent on River Tana. We need to think of other sources. We need to think of solar sources of energy. The whole of North Eastern Province can be a major source of solar energy. But as we think of solar energy, we need to think of what to do about solar panels. They are still expensive. They are still not easily affordable by our people. So, whatever we do, we get our universities or industrialists to start assembling solar panels to be able to get every home to get a bit of solar energy supply."
