    "content": "The chief executive officer shall cease to hold office if the person— (a) resigns in writing, addressed to the Board of Directors; (b) is convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than six months; (c) is found liable for gross misconduct or abuse of office in contravention of the Public Officers Ethics Act or any other relevant law; (d) is declared bankrupt; (e) is unable to perform the functions of his office by reason of mental or physical infirmity; or (f) dies."
