    "content": "may approve, submit to the Cabinet Secretary a report of the operations of the Board during such year, and the yearly balance sheet and such other statements of account as the Cabinet Secretary shall require, together with the Auditor-General’s report . (2) The Board shall, if the Cabinet Secretary so requires, publish the report, balance sheet and statements submitted to him under subsection (1) in such manner as the Cabinet Secretary may specify. (3) The Cabinet Secretary shall submit to Parliament the reports, balance sheet and statements submitted under subsection (1), within a period of fourteen days of the receipt of the reports and statements or, if Parliament is not sitting, within fourteen days of the commencement of its next sitting."
