    "content": "Despite the alarming gaps and challenges that we have identified, there are things that can be done to solve the problems caused by Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders. They include establishment of nationwide centres and satellite clinics for Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders in the county, sub-county and ward levels as stated in the Motion. This will minimise effects of Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders on affected persons so that they lead normal and healthy lives."
