    "content": "Despite the picture that has been painted in support of this Motion, I wish to acknowledge the positive efforts that have gone towards responding to Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders in Kenya. For example, in Kisumu County, under the leadership of Governor (Prof.) Anyang'-Nyong'o, remarkable progress has been realised by deploying simple sickle cell rapid and early testing kits to various health centres in the county. This initiative ought to be replicated countrywide because Sickle Cell Disease is most prevalent at the Coast and the Lake Region."
