    "content": "With these few remarks, I wish to applaud the Senators who supported this Motion; Establishment of Nation-Wide Centres and Satellite Clinics for Sickle Cell Disease at County, Sub-County and Ward Levels. The Motion had the view of providing quality screening and diagnosis services and providing comprehensive care management and rehabilitation services for affected patients.
