    "content": "Right to Sports, Recreation, Leisure And Culture 5H. (1) An older member of society has a right to participate in sports, recreation, leisure and cultural activities including national and international sports events. (2) Public and private institution with sporting, recreation, leisure and cultural activities shall ensure that the activities are sensitive to the needs of older members of society. (3) An older member of society shall be entitled to the use, free of charge, of recreational or sports facilities owned or operated by the government during social, sporting or recreational activities.
