    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have just rolled out a document, namely; Maintenance Manual, which will be launched very soon. It indicates how a road should be maintained or repaired, be it a tarmac or a murram road. Similarly, it gives specifications of the materials for murraming a road. All the materials that are used are tested. That is why I am placing, at every construction site, a site engineer from the Ministry to make sure that the materials being used by the contractors are within the specifications and are tested accordingly."
