    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I want to add my voice in welcoming the delegation from the Parliament of Sierra Leone who are in Kenya to benchmark with the normal traditions and proceedings that are carried out in the Senate and the National Assembly. I remember with a lot nostalgia that Sierra Leone has been with us in the fight against colonialists at the time of Independence. Therefore, they have a rich history as much as Kenya. We are all the same because we come from the African Continent. I wish them a good and successful stay and tour in Kenya."
