    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, there is a lot of discrimination for people with mental disorders. As I was growing up, I knew very well that anybody related to a person who was mentally unwell would be discriminated. Sometimes people think that the entire family is mentally sick just because of one person who is unwell. Nowadays we know mental illness is a disease like any other. It is manageable so long as we give it the proper attention it deserves."
