    "content": "With regard to treatment, all the people who suffer from this illness face a lot of challenges. For example, it is not easy for them to access proper treatment. For some of them, especially those living in rural areas, it is even more challenging because they do not have enough finances to buy drugs or live in conducive environments. As I said, the cost of treatment for these illnesses poses challenges to many Kenyans. As I was reading through the Bill, I was delighted to note that it has addressed all the areas. We need to treat people who are mentally ill positively and give them all the support they need."
