    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Clause 2 of the Bill says- “The Mental Health Act, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, is amended in the long title by deleting the words “mental disorder or mental subnormality with mental disorder; for the custody of their persons and the management and control of mental hospitals” appearing immediately after the words “are suffering from” and substituting therefor the words “mental illness; for the custody of their persons and the management and control of mental health facilities.” From the beginning we can clearly see what the Bill stands for. I support it, especially because of this particular Clause 4(2A) amends Section 2 of the principal Act. It says-"
