    "content": "The provision of mental health treatment and rehabilitation services in Level 2,3 and 4 county health facilities will go a long way to make sure that when a person needs mental health facilities, he or she does not have to come to Nairobi to seek help at Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital. I know we have about 16 hospitals in the country that in one way or the other offer mental health services. However, Mathari Hospital is the only public facility that specializes in mental health."
