    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am in possession of a copy of that Petition. I have gone through it carefully. The petitioners have exercised their constitutional right to come to this House. Some of the allegations are clearly outrageous and ill founded. For example, that Bungoma County has an annual budget of Kshs10 billion. So, Kshs2.7 billion wage bill cannot be 54 per cent, even if you failed Mathematics."
