There are many allegations ranging from human resource issues, the relationship between the executive and the County Public Service Board (CPSB) and issues of procurement and finance and so on and so forth. So, it is not strictly financial- related issue but generally the governance of the county as a whole. Therefore, I reiterate my directive that the matter be seized of by the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations."
