    "content": "In conclusion, the Committee recommended that there is need for the agricultural sector to be provided with adequate resources in accordance with the Maputo Protocol which requires all governments to provide ten per cent of their GDP to agriculture in order to boost agricultural productivity and achieve food security and a sustainable livelihood in the country."
