I want them to know that we are very much guided by the issue of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). If we cannot live by that and the Maputo Agreement, then all of us, indeed, stand to be condemned by history. Unless we can feed our people, we have no business saying that we can govern. That is my belief."
