    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Budget for 2019/2020. While I support, I have considerable amount of reservations on the budgets, particularly the way they have been established. There are a number of critical things that this Budget does not reflect on. One is about allocation of considerable amounts of funds for water and health. That is one of the things that I really hope to see."
