    "content": "Finally, having gone through this Budget I have noted an item which is also very important. It is on the construction of county headquarters in five counties namely; Lamu, Isiolo, Nyandarua, Tana River and Tharaka Nithi. While the other four counties have received Kshs125 million, Tharaka Nithi has received a paltry Kshs3.152million. This is not explained.
