    "content": "I want to thank the President for coming up with a major policy shift in terms of focusing on manufacturing, housing, food security and universal healthcare. I am talking briefly so that I can cover as much ground as possible. Looking at this Budget, you will not see clearly how much has been put for the purpose of manufacturing. You will not see clearly how much has been put for housing. Since this to me is a major policy shift, it should have come out clearly that in manufacturing, we are going to do this and that because of this policy shift."
