    "content": "The Budget and Appropriations Committee must respect other Committees’ recommendations because we interacted with the Ministry of Health for a whole week regarding this Budget, but they sat for one hour and made a recommendation while the Committee had already made reallocations. I urge this House and the Budget and Appropriations Committee to relook at the issue of health in this country. The health of Kenyans is suffering and because we allocate money without follow-up, we are not going anywhere. I urge and beg the Budget and Appropriations Committee to relook at the forwarded amendments on these figures, especially on those two lines."
