    "content": "At the outset, I support this Report. Like what has been said by the Members who contributed before me, it is very important that going forward, we have the status of the implementation of the previous Budgets. Why do I say so? For instance, in the last Budget, Kirinyaga Central Constituency was allocated Kshs15 million to improve dilapidated roads. Unfortunately, that has not been done to date. I believe that a lot of money was allocated in the previous Budget and nothing has been done. Going forward, it is important for us to know what has been done in the previous Budget and what has not been done so that what has not been done can be captured in the current Budget."
