    "content": "One of the other things that also came out in this Report was the whole issue of the funds that we give to the elderly under the social protection programme. We are saying that the money should go to the Ministry of Labour because they are the ones who keep the records. It is a social protection issue. Also, on the issue of universities and the fact that we want to improve the infrastructure in our universities, the monies should go to our public universities. It is not fair that taxpayers’ money goes to private universities where we are now taking our children while our public universities are in terrible condition.
