Senators, before we move on to the next Statement under Standing Order No.47(1) by the Senate Minority Leader, I wish to communicate that we have teachers and students in our public gallery. I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the public gallery this afternoon, of visiting teachers and students from Mwaghogho Secondary School in Taita-Taveta County. In our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them. On behalf the Senate and my own behalf, I wish them a fruitful visit."
