    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I congratulate my good friend who is a senior counsel, Sen. Orengo, for raising the Statement before the House. I sympathise with the people of Sudan because we have seen in the news about sad cases of women who have been raped and people killed by a repressive military regime which has been in office for the past one month or so.
