    "content": "Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Speaker. I thank the Senator for Murang’a for prompting this question. It is true that the two Houses of Parliament appointed a Mediation Committee, in which we five of us from this House were members. In fact, we participated in the mediation process, which was required to be finalized by today, 13th June, 2019. The mediation process will, of course, report to the Speaker as required under Standing Order No.161. Whether there was an agreement or failure, that will be reported officially in the way required. For now, let me inform the House that the mediation actually failed or collapsed. It means that the Bill that was before both Houses is no longer there."
