    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I do not want to dwell on that right now. The Motion on the Floor is about the Senate conducting its sittings in Kitui. I am, indeed, very happy that we are doing this at a time when my friend, Sen. Wambua, is the Senator for Kitui. Just like my colleagues have said, he exemplifies what leadership is. It is what, indeed, we want to see in leaders; leaders who mix with everybody and accommodate the views and feelings of other people. That is what leadership is all about."
