    "content": "The Senate, as a national institution whose duty is to ingrain and espouse good governance to assist devolved units inculcate good practice among themselves, would be highly welcome to come to a place like Migori County. I know Migori County does not stand alone; there are other counties that share the same kind of fame that Migori County is known for and would be very happy to have the Senate, to try and dialogue with the leadership there so that we improve on governance and such related matters. The principle idea of taking the Senate to counties is so that we deepen democracy and so that our people see us at work and appreciate that our institutions are important. This is a good idea."
