    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I would like to reply to this Motion. I thank the Members for supporting this Motion. As a Senate, we have already decided that we will operate differently from the other legislative institutions by going round the country so that first, we get to interact with the people of the counties whom we represent. So, we have to get a feeling of what Kenyans at that level are going through. Maybe county assemblies themselves are not even going around the counties. As the Senate, we have to go around all the county headquarters so that we can get a feel of what Kenyans are going through and give Kenyans an opportunity to interact with us. We have been receiving Petitions from different parts of this country. Therefore, this gives an opportunity for people from that part of the country to interact with us directly.
