    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to comment on this Petition. This is not an isolated case in this country and there are many leases, including in this city. There has been no clear method on how leases should be renewed, although the law has been there. Actions similar to what has been presented have been taken in many parts of this country. So, I believe this is going to help many people when the Committee considers this particular Petition. We will have a definite direction given by Parliament on how best to deal with renewal of leases. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
