    "content": "Could the Members who are standing make their way into the Chamber? Hon. Members, some of those making their way into the Chamber look a little elderly. They are likely to take too long before they get to their appointed places of residence. It is good to understand the proposed amendments. They are merely budget items unless a Member wishes to oppose. Perhaps it may be easier if we can just deal with this, so that the Motion is then debated as amended. That is the reason for taking this route."
