    "content": "Looking at the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, because of change of policy in terms of police reforms, we realise that they stopped housing police officers and have now started giving them house allowances. As a result of that policy shift, we are being requested to regularise so that they can get money to pay house allowances. That is a good a practice. These are the kind of things that should be presented to this House."
