    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity to contribute. My contribution is mainly on the areas that are usually key to this country. I thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee for the work well done. I have always insisted that one of the key drivers of the Big Four Agenda is infrastructural development mainly in the areas of road development. I am happy that the Committee was able to identify that there is need to increase money in areas of expanding our roads especially of low volume seal in various parts of this country. I also insist that there are development areas in infrastructure enhancement that were covered in the previous Budget. I would like to associate myself with my colleague, Hon. Gikaria, Chair of the Departmental Committee on Energy, that under Standing Order 216, the Committee should always look at the previous Budgets, the implementation and how they can also cover part of the gaps that were left in the previous Budget."
