    "content": "The Commission on Revenue Allocation is one that is in charge of recommending the sharing of revenue between the two levels of Government, that is, the national Government and the county governments. This Commission was recommended to get Kshs456 million compared to Kshs413 million last year. This is because of the kind of aggressive work they are doing. They are working on new policies for the third formula on sharing of revenue and so we recommended an additional Kshs12.5 million."
