    "content": "To promote equitable regional development, we have provided Kshs41.7 billion for the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) and Kshs2.3 billion for Affirmative Action Fund to promote regional equity and social development. We expect these funds to augment national Government functions, especially school infrastructure to ease the shortages associated with the 100 per cent transition policy."
