    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that Members do not make noise, they consult in low tones. Small scale farmers in Kenya are exploited. This Petition has come at the right time. I am a Member of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries and I know that this Petition will be committed to our Committee. I am sure that the information from this House and the one that we shall gather will enable us help the small-scale farmers.
