    "content": "We have had problems with payments of the farmers, voting and resource allocation. Therefore, we need to have a legislation to deal with this problem because farmers in tea zones have suffered. They have lost a lot of resources and money and have been side-lined. The Petitioner, Mr. Isaack Mwangi Mugo has said that they are side- lined when it comes to voting yet they are the ones who are supposed to vote because they are at crossroads. In fact, they are the ones who are supposed to be elected because they are the stakeholders. When elected, they can discuss the real problems that they are facing. I support the Petition."
