    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause – (1) An enforcement officer may make an ex parte application to the relevant court for an order to seize property and for any other relevant order where the enforcement officer has reasonable grounds to suspect that any property – (a) has been or is being used for the purpose of carrying out a regulated activity contrary to the respective county legislation; or (b) is maintained, kept or controlled in any other manner contrary to the respective county legislation."
