    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended – (a) by deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause – (4) In the case of perishable or rapidly depreciating property, the court may make an order for the disposal or return, by the unit, of the property to the owner. (b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “destruction” appearing immediately after the words “an order for” in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the word “disposal”; and (c) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (6) – (7) Where, upon the conclusion of proceedings, the court finds the owner of the property not to have committed an offence, the court may make an order for compensation for any loss suffered by the owner of the property."
