    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended- (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “county” appearing immediately after the words “resident of each” and substituting therefor the word “ward”; (b) in subclause (4) by deleting the words “the village councils” appearing immediately after the words “offer technical assistance” and substituting therefor the words “to the respective ward administrator”."
