"content": "(2) The projects identified under subsection (1) shall be submitted to the respective county assembly for approval. (c) by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- (3) The county executive committee member shall publicize the projects approved by the county assembly for implementation in each ward by notice in the county Gazette and through such other means as the county executive committee member shall consider appropriate."
