Just to say one or two things even as the House agrees with the Committee in the said report, I know Members of County Assemblies across the country and, indeed, Kenyans have been looking forward to this House to pass this Bill. Initially, that brought a version of the County Wards Development Equalisation Fund Bill 2018 which went against the provisions of separation of powers in our Constitution.
