The current situation in the country is totally unacceptable and is a terrible indictment to all of us both at the national and county level because as people are bickering, pushing and pulling, fighting and jostling, people are dying. We cannot just sit there and say people are dying because KEMSA did not supply drugs. That will be a criminal liability."
